Use:
It is suitable for adding wet parts of all kinds of paper, and choosing HM-633 modified starch with proper degree of substitution. By adjusting its dosage and adding position, the ideal effect can be achieved.
Characteristics and advantages:
1, improve the performance of paper: it can significantly improve the tensile strength, bursting strength, folding resistance, ring crush strength and other physical indicators of paper, improve the grade of paper and reduce the proportion of wood pulp.
2, retention and filter aid effect is good: using high degree of substitution of HM-633 modified starch can improve the retention of fine fibers, increase the weight of paper, reduce pulp consumption and reduce the concentration of white water, and also improve the speed of paper machine, save energy and reduce wet ends.

Preparation process:
Adding a certain amount of gelatinization in the water in the pot, start the blender, add HM-633 starch amount, concentration control in 5%, after mixing evenly, slow heating (2-3 per minute to 95 DEG C), heat 10-20 minutes, fully gelatinized pumped storage pool, with water to about 1% concentration,.
